  11. If there is a hytime construct which is better than what we
  12. have then I'd be very happy to get it included in the next format.
  13. We just need some people to work on that format formally.
  14. Basically, anything which worries you is going to worry us just
  15. as much!

  18. How to join ius on the web (under "mailing lists").
  19. Annocuncements are (too) rare, talk is sometimes heavy,
  20. sometimes not.

  48. Yes, us too. But my impression is that the INTENTION of HyTime is to
  49. be able to use whichever portions are appropriate. Certainly
  50. hypertext-only applications were envisioned. Personally, I think that
  51. HyTime's alinks are the most elegant link structures I've seen.
  52. They're completely generic n-ary relations.

  54. The gain would be standard adherence for  long-run compatibility. I'd
  55. hate to start marking our nodes up in your HTML only to find it's of
  56. limitted compatibility with the world 10 years from now.

  59. best way to keep informed about how W3 is proceedingd? Just
  60. periodically reading the "What's New" node? Or do you have a separate
  61. pamil or email list?
